Contingent Fees:
17% with a $1000 Engagement Fee (a non refundable fee, but deducted from the final invoice).
18% with a 1 month guarantee (no commitment / contingent)
20% with a 3 month guarantee (no commitment / contingent)
22% with a 6 month guarantee (no commitment / contingent)

Retained Fees

Terms: 25% due on signing, 25% due on candidate presentations and 50% upon hiring the candidate

Junior Sales and Marketing hires
Flat fee of $8000 (less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and under $55,000 in a base salary).
Multi-Hires or Projects
If you have multiple hires in short or long-term time frame.
We have fixed fee options and customized quotes based on how many hires are required. These are offered at a significant discount!
*all fees are based on guaranteed income and includes base salary + signing bonus or confirmed earnings for first year. Commissions are never calculated into our fees.
